  3. After the beginning of the trial had been pushed back
  4. one week because of Judge Lance Ito´s vacation plans,
  5. it finally got underway Monday, September 26, 1994.
  6. By early November a twelve member jury had been picked,
  7. but the process continued as Lance Ito was now looking
  8. for 15 alternates.
